Elegant Tablescape Inspiration For Your Wedding

Wedding season is well and truly in full swing and I’m working like a busy bee behind the scenes on some beautiful Day Of stationery orders.

While most of you getting married in the coming weeks will have planned your day stationery and table styling already, I know that some of you will still be needing to finalise those all important details. Or if you’re getting married next year, you may just want to start thinking about the overall look you’re going for in terms of colour palette and style.

Your wedding breakfast set up will of course be influenced by a few different factors including the location/venue and the season, so I thought I’d put together a selection of beautifully curated tablescapes for a range of different types of wedding.

SPRING WEDDING TABLESCAPE

Bursting with blush and peach, this tablescape sings of all things spring. The hints of gold tableware from Princess Occasions and abundant florals by The Flower Mill, add an elegant and luxe feel to the table. The deckle edge calligraphy place cards adding the final flourish to the place setting, beautifully captured by Natalie Stevenson Photography.

LUXE GARDEN WEDDING TABLESCAPE

A lot of people may say that black is too harsh to have as a prominent colour in your wedding but this set up proves that it can certainly be done, and in an elegant way too. I love the ethereal gypsophila cloud created by Kate Wren Flowers, giving the tablescape a dream like feel. The tableware from Wren Ark adds a touch of luxe, especially when paired with my fabric calligraphy menus. All captured perfectly by Natalie Stevenson Photography.

BARN WEDDING TABLESCAPE

Barn weddings don’t always have to be rustic and this tablescape at the Barn at Alswick is proof of that. Hints of gold and delicate florals can add a touch of understated elegance to your table styling. All photos are by Nikki Watkins Photo and Film, with florals by Willow and Blossom Floral Design.

BEACH ELOPEMENT TABLESCAPE

If you’re eloping, it’s totally understandable that you may not want all of the frills and fuss of a usual tablescape (as lovely as it may be). But that doesn’t mean you have to ignore the details altogether, especially if they’re important to you. Here’s a look at a more minimal tablescape from a beautiful beach elopement in Jamaica. Photos by the wonderful Natalie Stevenson Photography, with tableware from Wren Ark.

WINTER WEDDING TABLESCAPE

This emerald green and silver themed tablescape is perfect for a luxe winter wedding. Set up at the stunning Rushton Hall in Northamptonshire, the opulent florals by Kate Wren Flowers truly make a statement. The luxury tableware from Wren Ark, paired with silver foiled menus and calligraphy place cards add a final touch of elegance. All photos by Natalie Stevenson Photography.

LUXE LAVENDER TABLESCAPE

If you’re looking for a luxe, light and airy wedding venue, then look no further than the gorgeous Northbrook Park in Hampshire. I love the lavender, lilac and mauve tones in this tablescape, showcased within the show stopping floral centrepiece by Willow and Blossom Floral Design and elegant styling by The Luxe Design Co. My deckle edge calligraphy place cards and menus adding that final flourish. Photos by the talented Nikki Watkins Photo and Film.

MINIMAL WEDDING TABLESCAPE

If you’re wanting a more modern, minimal feel to your tablescape you can’t go wrong with adding a bit of white. I love this predominantly white tablescape with its pops of yellow and hints of gold (for a touch of luxe). Florals by the talented Queen & Eden, photographed by the wonderful Natalie Stevenson Photography.

Hopefully this selection has given you some inspiration, whatever your style, venue or wedding season.

Don’t forget, if you’re needing to order stationery for your day you’ll need to get booked in around 8 weeks before your wedding. For more day stationery ideas and to enquire, click here.
