Elegant Wedding Invitations for Modern Couples

After a lot of work behind the scenes, I’m so excited to finally be able to share my new collection of wedding invitation designs.

There are four new designs in the collection, including matching save the dates, details cards and RSVP cards.

All of the designs have an elegant, fine art feel but with a clean, modern twist.

A huge thank you to Natalie Stevenson Photography for taking such beautiful photos and truly bringing my new collection to life.

ELINOR

Named after Elinor & Edward from ‘Sense and Sensibility’ (by Jane Austen), this suite is perfect for couples looking for invitations that are a little more classic and a little less illustrative.

The minimal calligraphy design can be customised to match any colour palette, so it’s perfect for weddings in any season. This suite was designed in conjunction with the Emma design, so that you can mix and match different elements of each stationery set.

EMMA

Designed in conjunction with the Elinor suite, this range is also inspired by a Jane Austen novel, this time the classic ‘Emma’. With cohesive fonts and colours, both of these stationery sets can be mix and matched if you desire.

The Emma invitation features a bespoke illustration of your wedding venue. This can either be done in pen and ink as a line drawing or it can be hand painted with soft watercolour.

VIOLA

Viola is a whimsical floral design named after Viola & Duke Orsino from Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare. (Or Amanda Bynes and Channing Tatum from ‘She’s the Man’ - iykyk)

Inspired by lush meadows and country gardens, this design is perfect for a spring or summer wedding.

Each flower has been hand painted individually in watercolour before being scanned in and carefully curated on the page. The design is fully customisable, so if you’d like to feature your own wedding flowers in the same style, I can absolutely help you with that.

PENELOPE

Last but by no means least is Penelope. Named after Penelope & Odysseus from Homer’s classic ‘the Odyssey’, this design is inspired by all things mediterranean

Perfect for destination weddings (especially those of you getting married in Greece, Italy or Spain etc..), the design features sweeping olive branches that have been delicately hand drawn.

The colour palette of the suite is a neutral beige/taupe but the design can be changed to fit your wedding theme, no matter the shade.

If you’re planning your wedding and need to order invitations, I usually recommend sending them out around 3-6 months before your day (although earlier is fine too). My average turnaround time for House Collection designs is up to 4 weeks and for Semi-custom (any collection design with a bespoke illustration) it’s usually up to 6 weeks, so don’t leave it too late to get in touch with your preferred stationer!
