I don't know about you, but the minute spring is upon us I start daydreaming about hazy summer days, day trips to the beach and BBQs in the garden.

Those of you getting married this spring or summer will be vigorously ticking off your to-do lists as the countdown truly begins. I thought I'd share a dreamy meadow-inspired shoot, just in case you need any last minute wedding inspiration.

This shoot was inspired by natural meadows adorned with wildflowers, gilded by the summer sun, and Natalie (from Natalie Stevenson Photography), captures this perfectly with her exquisite fine art photography style.

The striking florals by Sara at Queen & Eden really stole the show with hints of wild texture, shades of peach, blush and white, along with pops of vivid coral and cerise - creating a colour palette to die for.

The florals also inspired the stunning cake by Nina at Erzulie Cakes – a three tier masterpiece, hand-painted with delicate watercolour flowers.

The invitation suite featured soft watercolour floral details as part of an overall understated, yet elegant design. The minimal menus carried the theme across to the tablescape, which were paired with pale peach place cards hand finished with gold calligraphy.

The modern tablescape captured the whimsical meadow feel, while still exuding pure elegance. And Sara's wildflower inspired floral design was complemented perfectly by the minimal place settings.

The bridal gowns, designed by Anna Kara (provided by Morgan Davies Bridal in Hitchin) were adorned with delicate botanical details and had beautiful flowing skirts that were just made for twirling. The dresses were paired with the most gorgeous pearl embellished shoes by Bella Belle with gold earrings and a headpiece lovingly handmade by Rachel Sokhal Bridal.
