HOW TO ORDER YOUR WEDDING STATIONERY
SAVE THE DATES & INVITATIONS
(House Collection & Semi-custom design)
STEP 1 - CHOOSE YOUR FAVOURITE DESIGN
Take a look at our current collection of modern wedding stationery designs and pick your favourite.
STEP 2 - FILL OUT AN ENQUIRY FORM
Once you've chosen your favourite save the date or invitation design, fill out my enquiry form and I’ll get back to you with a personalised quote for your order within 1-2 working days.
STEP 3 - CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER
When you’ve confirmed that you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll send over a wording form along with an invoice for your deposit (50% of the total if over £200.00) or payment in full (if the total is under £200.00). Once your payment has been made and wording has been received, your booking will officially be in my diary.
STEP 4 - DESIGN STAGE
I’ll then get to work on your designs. I always aim to have a first proof ready for you within 3 working days (for House Collection design) and within 10 working days (for Semi-custom design).
You get 2 rounds of amendments included, so there’s plenty of opportunity to make tweaks along the way. Once you’re happy with your design and paid any remaining balance owed, I’ll get everything set up for print.
STEP 5 - PRODUCTION
Your wedding stationery is then printed onto fine Tintoretto paper, before being carefully packed up and sent on its way to you via courier. I usually allow up to 7 working days for printing and packing but it may be longer if you’re having any special finishes such as calligraphy addressing or wax seals etc…
STEP 6 - SHIPPING
All of my orders are sent securely via courier and are fully trackable. Shipping within the UK usually takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. Shipping time for international orders varies greatly depending on the destination, feel free to get in touch if you’d like to know rough timings.
BESPOKE SAVE THE DATES & INVITATIONS
STEP 1 - FILL OUT MY BESPOKE QUESTIONNAIRE
Take a moment to fill out my bespoke questionnaire in as much detail as possible and I’ll get back to you with your personalised quote within 1-2 working days.
STEP 2 - CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER
When you’ve confirmed that you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll send over a wording form along with an invoice for your deposit (50% of the total if over £200.00). Once your payment has been made and wording and inspo/reference images have been received, your booking will officially be in my diary.
STEP 3 - DESIGN STAGE
I’ll then get to work creating your bespoke wedding stationery.
Within 10-14 working days, you’ll receive three different design options to choose from based on your brief. At this stage, I’ll ask you to choose your favourite or you can mix and match elements of the different designs if you prefer.
Once you’ve chosen your favourite design, I’ll then get to work on any additional elements you might be having as part of your order (such as details cards, rsvp cards etc…).
After the proofs of the full suite have been sent, you’ll get get 3 rounds of amendments included, so there’s plenty of opportunity to make tweaks along the way.
Then, once you’re happy with your design and paid any remaining balance owed, I’ll get everything set up for print.
STEP 4 - PRODUCTION
Your wedding stationery is then printed onto beautiful quality paper, before being carefully packed up and sent on its way to you via courier. I usually allow up to 7 working days for printing and packing but it may be longer if you’re having any special print finishes (such as foil or letterpress), or are having any final flourishes (such as calligraphy addressing or wax seals etc…).

DAY OF STATIONERY

STEP 2 - CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER
When you’ve confirmed that you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll send over an invoice for your deposit (50% of the total if over £200.00) or payment in full (if the total is under £200.00). Once your payment has been made and wording has been received, your booking will officially be in my diary. At this stage, I’ll also confirm final deadlines for wording and any print deadlines.
